The WordPress Guest Posts plugin offers the opportunity to easily create posts added by any user that is not the admin of the blog page. The regular user can complete a form with the desired content. After submitting the post, the admin will be notified and will have the options to accept or reject the post. After accepting the post, it will be posted on the blog.
