MyCustomPostType helps you to add Custom Post Types straight from your Administration. After you activated it, you have a new submenu in Setting Menu which is called My CPT. From here, you just need to fill in the form with your informations, choose a few options such as icon file, supports… or just leave it to the default values ! Once done and validated, you may need to refresh your page to see your new post type appears under the Comments menu.
