A 16k javascript file designed to make developers lives easier. One javascript file. One php file. One image. One div. One line of code. Thats the idea behind starbar. One line of code and an image allows the creation of menus, rating systems and progress bars. A few lines of code allows the creation of more complicated menus, graphs and slideshows. Non dependent, but can be used in conjunction with say jquery without conflict. Tested on all major browsers.
