Plugin Information Smart Admin Tweaks is collection of tools and tweaks (50 tweaks available in 2.0 version) for controlling various elements of WordPress website. All tweaks are split into 8 panels. In WordPress multisite more, panel Global is available only in Network Admin panel. 50 tweaks available with 2.0 version
Plugin is convenient and very easy to use, it involves no custom coding, no need to add things to your functions.php file, and it makes experimenting with different kinds of tweaks very easy with very little chance to break things.

Export and Import tools to quickly transfer plugin settings
You can always export all plugin settings with all tweaks state and options into file, and later import it back or use it to transfer same set of settings into new WordPress installation.
