HoverScroll makes it easy for you and your site’s users to scroll/pan content that is larger than its container in a simple and intuitive way. Simply hovering over the content will automatically scroll to the part of that content that is relative to the mouse position.

Hoverscroll can be used on any type of content, including text, html, lists, images, videos, and more- basically, anything that can be displayed on a webpage inside of a DIV will work with HoverScroll.
