Tumblr is a social blogging platform which allows for a multitude of different kinds of posts, from textual to links to question/answer pairs to photos and videos and more. The Tumblr PHP Client class is a light-weight, Object Oriented wrapper for the Tumblr Version 2 API . This PHP Class offers easy to use methods to make web service calls to find Tumblr blog information, avatars, and posts. All data is returned in 2 different formats: JSON and as a PHP Object.
