This plugin extends Tickets with an Articles (aka Knowledge Base) storage section.

This plugin is super easy to install into an existing copy of Tickets. Simply upload the folder and enable from the Plugins page. Requires Tickets 2 or higher already installed. Please see the documentation below for more information.

Forums is a plugin that adds a simple discussion board to Tickets.

Forums 3.2 is now out! Updates include:

The last replier is now displayed on each forum thread. Users can now subscribe to a thread, an email notification is sent when a new post is created on that thread. Latest 10 Posts are now displayed on the front page. Admins can now edit threads.
