Megafolio Gallery jQuery Plugin What is it? Megafolio is a highly customizable jQuery Plugin to present your Gallery or Portfolio. It uses the power of jQuery to present your pics in a grid layout with a masonry effect (custom width or 100% width responsive). The detail lightbox shows the elements in original size(or a video) and gives your viewers the chance to use the usual social buttons and read a describing text.

So what is so new?

This gallery gives you the possibility to build a nice grid with your items, your captions in 4 different thumbnail sizes. Using the 100% width responsive builds the gallery depending on its surrounding and the images you use. Try our fullwidth example and resize the screen for a preview. Or check it out with your tablet! Aaaand you can deeplink to anyone image of your gallery, use our Background Rotator, the filter function for categories… Does this really run on all browsers and on mobiles? Sure it works on every modern browser (including IE7/8) and on iOS(iPad,iPhone) and Android mobile devices. Touch swipe for iOS and Android mobile devices is of course included.

Is it hard to implement? No! It is the typical way of implementing a jQuery plugin. You just need to know little HTML and Javascript. The given examples are an awesome start point to build your own gallery out of it. Put the JS and CSS links in the head of your HTML site and put in some DIV elements for your items.
