Admin Bar Reloaded takes the Admin Bar introduced in WordPress 3.1 and makes it better. Upon installing the plugin, the bar will become visible to unregistered users…and will have a completely different set of menus. You can manage the dropdown links through the Menus screen in WordPress, and opt to have built-in Twitter and Facebook widgets appear on permalink pages.
